On Wednesday, June 13, 2007, at 5:33 p.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle collision. Lt. Jacob Adams arrived on scene and discovered two vehicles involved with two patients. Rescue crews were utilized to stabilize the vehicles and clean up fluid leakage. Both patients were transported to a local medical facility.
