On Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at approximate 6:10 p.m., the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted at the request of the local ambulance service provider. Upon arrival, it was determined that a female subject had partially fallen through the floor. Firefighters were required to remove part of the floor so the patient could be extricated. The patient was transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries.
