Nature: Vehicle Accident

Location: 32030 Long Neck Rd Millsboro, DE 19966

On Monday morning, October 2, 2017, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a vehicle accident on Long Neck near the Bayshore residential development.  It was reported as a two-vehicle collision.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Ladder 80 from the Oak Orchard facility, Engine #80-1 from the Long Neck facility, and the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included vehicle stabilization, incident mitigation, traffic control, and overall observations. 

It appears that a white four door sedan and a black SUV collided on Long Neck Road near the Bayshore development.

The Delaware State Fire Police coordinated traffic control for the duration of the incident.

The Delaware State Police are investigating.
