On June 6, 2006, at 11:55 p.m., the Indian Rive Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a motor vehicle collision. Upon the arrival of Deputy Chief Brian Hubbs it was determined that one female occupant would need to be extricated from the vehicle. Engine 80-5 arrived and began stabilizing the vehicle and commenced with the door popping and post removal. They were assisted by the crew from Rescue 80.
