Wednesday, July, 26 2017 Nature: Fire Prevention Awareness & First Responder Awareness Location: American Legion Post #28
On Wednesday, July 26th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was contacted to coordinate a fire prevention awareness and first responder safety presentation to the children of the Boys & Girls Club of Oak Orchard Riverdale Day Summer Club Activities. The event was hosted by the American Legion Post #28 and with the Boys & Girls Club of Delaware The presentations included Tanker 80 Demonstration and Display; Utility 80-14 demonstration, and other specific topics of discussion orchestrated by the children in attendance. The local ambulance service provider was available as well. |
