RE:  Life Member – Jeffery A. Bruce

It is with sadness that the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company announces that Life Member Jeffery A. Bruce has passed away on July 2, 2017.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company wishes to offer its condolences and deepest gratitude to the families, friends, and loved ones of Jeff Bruce.  We wish to offer the Bruce Family and Friends our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Jeff’s tenure with the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company allowed him to serve as Fire Recorder, Parliamentarian, Technology (Computer) Chairman, and served on many internal committees.  Jeff’s dedication and diligence towards the volunteer fire services was extremely giving as he served 41 years, 9 months, and 2 days.  Jeff was awarded a Life Membership in November 2006.
