Nature: Fire Company Quilt Raffle – Winner Announcement

Location: 32628 Oak Orchard Road, Millsboro, DE

On Wednesday evening, February 1st, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company completed its fire company quilt raffle and held the drawing to determine the winner.

The winning ticket was drawn by Fire Police – Arnold Pitman.

The winner was identified to be Elaine Kulp.

Congratulations to Elaine Kulp for the winner the first Indian River Quilt.
