Nature: Carbon Monoxide Detector

Location: 26727 Mission Place, Indian Town Farms, Millsboro, DE 19966

On Wednesday afternoon, October 12th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company was alerted for a carbon monoxide detector activation at 26727 Mission Place off of Mount Joy Road.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Tanker 80 and Engine #80-3 as well as the Delaware State Fire Police and the local emergency medical service provider.

Emergency response crew assignments included an interior and exterior evaluation, monitoring of the CO levels and discussion with the heating services.

It was determined to be a faulty detector.
