Emergency response units from Indian River included Engine #80-5 from the Oak Orchard facility and Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility. Emergency response crew assignments included: RIT Team Tasks, if needed, as well as any manpower pool assistance as needed and requested. The Delaware State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating. Firemen from Rehoboth and Lewes were called to the home at 19941 Center Avenue at 5:04 a.m. Firemen say homes on either side of the house that was on fire sustained some damage.
