On Friday evening, December 18th, the Indian River (80) and Lewes (92) fire companies were alerted to assist the Rehoboth Beach (86) fire company with a working structure.  It was reported to be on Cherry Lane in the Angola area and fully involved.

Emergency response units from Indian River included Engine #80-3 from the Long Neck facility as well as the Delaware State Fire Police.

Emergency response crew assignments included assistance with fire suppression, manpower assistance, as well as overall scene mitigation assistance.

The Delaware State Fire Marshall is investigating.
