Nature: Delaware Volunteer Firefighters Association (DVFA) 21st Annual Conference & 95th Annual Parade

Address: Kent County – Dover, DE

On Saturday, September 19th, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company and many other fire companies within the State of Delaware and surrounding areas participated in the capstone of the 95th d Annual Delaware Volunteer Firefighters Association’s Parade.

This event was held in Dover.

Indian River entered the following emergency response units into the parade for judging:

• Engine #80-3 (Retired) -  http://www.irvfc.com/apparatus/detail/4613

Indian River was awarded Best Appearing – Third Place for the following units:

• Tanker 80; and

• Engine #80-3 (Retired) - Awarded 3rd Place Best Appearing Pumper 1959 to 1984
